How can we help?

It is important to us to support our customers in a timely and hassle-free manner.  If you are having trouble with technology, the quickest way to get it fixed is to tell us how we can duplicate the specific problem.  It can be tricky to fix a problem we can't find, so the more details or other clues you can give us, the quicker we can track down the trouble.  Help us help you - be specific!

  1. ONLINE: Fill out the “Start a New Service Ticket” form below to open a ticket for a new issue or request, or look up an existing ticket by entering the ticket number and last name. Also, check out our FAQs page!
  2. PHONE/EMAIL: If you have a question or would like to speak with a consultant or technician, always feel free to call us at 603-353-4040 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or email support@current-concepts.com
  3. EMERGENCY: If you have an urgent or emergency situation during out-of-business hours, please refer to the Escalation Emergency Contacts on our "Contact Us" page.
